Weight watchers soup

This was very easy to make. I will have this for lunch this week.

OK, so here I start this journey. I have tried this before but have not gotten very far with it. I have my goals in place from bodybuilding.com and now I need to work towards them.

I will post pictures on here of food that I make and progress on this journey. Any help would be appreciated. I am making changes for the better…not quite what some people would say are healthy but I am doing better than I was.

I started with weight watchers over the summer and so far I have lost 14lbs. I have lost several inches off my waist and I am learning to eat new things and finally learning how to cook 😉
