roasted red pepper tuna salad from ww

This is a great lunch! I got the recipe from a Weight Watchers Cookbook.
2 6oz cans of tuna packed in water
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
2 scallions, chopped finely
1 tbsp fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
I also take a red pepper (this is optional) and stuff it with the tuna…I put 3oz of tuna in the pepper and it is a great filling lunch!
