Weight Watchers Soup

Here is a soup that I got from Weight Watchers. I have added a few things to it though and it’s a good base soup and you can add anything else in there that you want.

here is how I make it:

2/3 cup carrots
1/2 cup onions
2 garlice cloves minced
1 1/2 cups diced cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 sea salt
cayenne pepper to taste
3 cups of chicken broth

use a large saucepan to saute carrots, onion, and garlic for about 8 minutes.

add everythng else except the zucchini (that will be last) bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Now you can add the zucchini and heat for about 5 minutes.
