I decided to make a blog where I can post pictures and recipes for everyone. If there is a better/healthier way to make something please let me know. I am open to suggestions so please don’t be afraid to speak up and if you try something please let me know if you love it or hate it.

I have another blog where I post everything I eat daily so please take a look over there also. I currently weight 170lbs and I am trying to get to 125lbs. I go to Weight Watcher meetings and I have lost 12lbs so far in this journey. I am not looking for a quick fix I know that this is a lifetime of changes and I need to learn how to change the bad behavior.
