I decided that I can not sit back and not write a post on this blog. I love to talk almost as much as I love to eat 😉

When I was at my Weight Watchers meeting on Thursday we talked about different ways to add exercise into our life. Some of the ways that were mentioned were playing tennis, ping pong, pole dancing (I have a pole here at the house..it’s just never used..cuz it’s hard to get it) and we talked about the Wii. I mentioned that I had a game that I found called WE CHEER. This game is great!

The best thing is that you do not need the Wii Fit (that’s a good thing because I do not have one). You use the regular remote to play the game and you can you 2 or 1 remote as a pom pom. There are competitions and you can unlock outfits and different music.

The most interesting thing I found with it is that you can teach the “fat” kids in school how to workout and you can do a mini session with them or a longer one and it really is a bit of a workout.

The only problem that I have with it is that there is a lot of instruction before you get started but I had fun with it.
