I got this from the new Weight Watchers Momentum Cookbook. I changed a few things around a little bit but you will get the idea…..this is how I made it.

6 large eggs
1 cup frozen corn..thawed
2 tbsp jalapeno peppers (from a jar alreade diced)
1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
a little jalapeno juice
12 cherry tomatoes, halved

whisk everything in a bowl minus the tomatoes.
spray skillet with pam and pour contents from bowl into skillet…add tomatoes to top and cover on med heat for about 15 minutes. cut in 4 parts and serve. WW points 4
