All-Protein Banana Loaves

What you will need:
3 egg whites

1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop bsn banana syntha-6
1 1/3 scoops vanilla protein powder
5 packets of splenda
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix everything in a bowl together or blender.
Pour in loaf pan
bake at 300 degrees F for 15-17 minutes
It came out really good. The only thing that I would change would be to use a blender next time to mix everything because the egg kinda stuck to one side…it was good even with that minor problem.

  2. I had it in the morning…it is good…I eat put some peanut butter on some….yummy! Let me know if you make it and how you like it.
