Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

I got the idea from the Feb. Oxygen magazine. I did not follow it exactly but it still turned out pretty good.

What you need:
3 chicken breast (I cut each one in half like tenders)
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 can black beans
about 1 cup of corn
1/2 cup chicken broth
hot sauce (to taste)
Place chicken in crock pot
Rinse black beans and add to crock pot
Add Salsa
I had corn that was left over from last nights dinner so I added that in…
There is chicken in there…I swear..lol
I added in 1/2 cup of chicken broth because it seemed like it would be dry.
Cooked on high for about low for an hour and then high for 45 min and it was done.
There was not ready a taste to it so I decided to add some hot sauce (big surprise there…right?)
I was really good after that.
I think I will add tomato sauce next..then maybe mustard…to change the taste up a bit. I will make this again…It was super easy and pretty good.
