Banana Bread Protein Pancakes

What you need:
1/4 cup oats
3 egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla whey
1 small banana
dash of vanilla extract
1 packet of splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put all ingredients into magic bullet and blend.
Place in pan and make 3-4 small pancakes. I rushed and made 1 perfect and another burnt. I should have taken the extra time to make 3-4 instead of 2 😦
Even with that minor boo-boo on my part it was still great!

  1. I love protein pancakes but I've never added vanilla extract or banana to it…will have to try that.
